Me too... Already now I know we are gonna lose so Much good stuff... still the Profiles and stuff in the Sheild of Baal is promesing... at least. We can only hope that we get a update and not a Nerf... I do not dare to hope for anything better or worse... Still new Warrior models could be nice... though we just miss bits... not new models...
If only everyone in Warhammer had friends like Boneripper <3 Oh well. I like the character (Thanquol, that is) although Snikch is still my favourite rat there is (Ikit Claw is in the top of that list somewhere, too)!
One of the reasons I am interested in the Warhammer products is I like to convert them into 40K. I have even talked with someone a couple of months back who wanted to do Skaven in 40K using the Dark Eldar Codex. In fact I was suggesting something like those mechanised Rat Ogres as Talos and Cronos Engines.
I have actually seen some coven-list with mostly skaven, can't remember where though. Rat Ogres are very common conversion for Dark Eldar though. So common that I could believe that they are used more often as grotesques than the official grotesque-miniatures.
I'm planning on using Wraithblades for Grotesques. But I do already have a converted Wraithlord as a Talos Pain Engine, and Wraith Drones for Mandrakes. Talos-Lord Mandragora (Mandrakes) being led by my first Archon.
Rat ogres with miniguns I approve. (warpstone is my secret addiction. Don't tell it to the wych that supplies me my combat drugs)
