small ehp buff all-round, remove the damage mitigation on Enhance and put it on Embolden, maybe buff embolden a tiny bit. Nerf the fire dragon which is already happening, make the ASC a medium range option and the TL ASC a cqc option, allow Protect to be used while sprinting and consume energy when its hit, or make it something you can cast in an area.

Make Destructor a high energy cost, short range high damage spell that fires in a burst instead of a continued stream. Buff renewer and remove the chainheal on it, its garbage anyways.
Probably buff the damage on sunrifles, not sure.
make the Reaper Launcher primarily a long range anti-heavy infantry weapon and anti-tank weapon second. Remove the splash on the anti-tank mode and make it hurt less than lascannons.

Id fix the banshee by making it an elite with a great deal more EHP, a lot of stamina, a scream that actually suppresses enemies.
I think scorpions are probably fine.

Eldar are a low population faction with a lot of unique mechanics and abilities, its harder to balance and they are extremely low on staff. We are complex and lower priority.
